Are we taking care of ourselves, D.E.A.R.?Submitted by Barbara on Wed, 09/03/2008 - 20:25.Effective use of essential oils, or any natural remedy, is supported by personal choices that promote balance and health. Worse yet, it is easy to direct that negative energy inward and beat ourselves up for getting into that big mortgage, failing to save enough money or losing track of our values. A child's garden teaches kids where veggies come from.Submitted by Barbara on Sun, 03/14/2010 - 12:09.If you are planning a garden this year, why not set aside a little space for your little ones to grow a few veggies of their own?
