Do you personally grow the source plants for your oils?

No, we would have to own plantations all over the world to do that. We independently source our oils from small distillers and long-trusted brokers specializing in the quality essential oils our customers have come to expect.

Are all your oils and products organic?

No. Organic is a variable word with meanings that differ from state to state and country to country. We believe there is as much politics as fact to “organic” claims. Many small growers offering superior quality essential oils and herbs do not seek organic certification while some “organics” are grown with chemicals.

Even our suppliers who maintain direct contact with growers and perform chemical verification to authenticate essential oils avoid the word "organic".  They, like us, are aware that "organic" designation does not provide a reliable assurance of quality. One trusted broker chooses to rate the oils he offers on a "1 to 10" scale, based on his professional assessment of many factors, including farming practices, chemical profiles, the skill of the distiller and the quality of the aroma.

All our oils are the highest quality we can source in a manner that allows us to offer an excellent value in therapy grade oils.

Your website does not offer a lot of specific therapeutic information. Why?

Because we care about you. If you are choosing to use essential oils or herbs for your own health care, we believe you need to either consult a trusted wellness professional or take the time to educate yourself about the use of plants for personal wellness.

The brief articles on our site are meant only to encourage you to explore further. We also offer our favorite beginner booklet for sale. You can contact us for a book list.

Are your oils in most health food stores or offered by other representatives?

No. A partial selection of our oils is offered in select specialty stores in Western Colorado. Contact us for locations. Many of our loyal customers are wellness professionals and discriminating individuals who prefer direct access to trained aromatherapists.

We love talking to our customers! Please feel free to post us directly or call us on our toll-free number. Our customers tell us our oils are an exceptional value on what are known as “therapy grade” oils (as opposed to “commercial grade”). We are able to offer this personalized value by avoiding multi-level distribution systems.

Do you offer classes?

Yes, we have taught and presented in Colorado, Washington, Missouri, Texas and California. We customize our classes to students’ needs. We have programs for general personal use and professional use. Call for information.

Why don’t you ship by next day air?

Shipment by air, sea, or U.S. Postal service is prohibited for most essential oils and even for most perfumes. We use ground service.
